Whew! What a crazy week! Tim and Karen were here all week and we got so much work done.
The living room is textured, painted, and ready for flooring and trim!
Wynkoop Brewery
A flight of beer at Golden City Brewery
Look at these lovebirds at the Rockies game. That is Earthman-He is on the list of the Top 100 things to Do in Denver. So we had to buy a beer and take a picture with him.
He is a famous beer vendor at Coors Field and at Red Rocks.
Memorial Day started off with a hike in Evergreen. It was such a beautiful morning, but Karen and I had trouble keeping up with the guys. Haha!
We had so much fun, and we can't wait for them to come back. The week flew by too fast and we can't thank them enough for all the help.
And just as they left Denver, Stacy flew into town for a OT conference. We met her for pizza on Friday night at Hops and Pie. It was probably the best pizza I have eaten in my entire life.
So the tally mark is up to 6 South Dakota visitors this month! We will never get homesick at this rate.
And today I am playing wife while Derreck is out hiking with a co-worker. It isn't even noon, and I have painted, applied for 2 jobs, baked banana bread, washed dishes, did 2 loads of laundry, and watered the garden. Hopefully the afternoon is just as productive. I need to get organized for my trip to Sioux Falls/Okoboji next weekend. Words can't describe how excited I am to meet Baby Leo, hang out with the coolest 2.5 year old, and celebrate one my best friend's Bachelorette Party.
